How to cover a cake in fondant
How to use edible sugar decorations as trimmings on your cake to make it sparkle.
How to use gum paste to create unique cake toppers
From kneading the fondant to stretching and smoothing it down over your cake, our experienced decorators will be on hand to guide, assist and answer any questions our soon-to-be experts may have! Our experienced staff is ready to answer any questions our students may have as well as demonstrate some of our best techniques!
Participants in this class must be at least 12 years of age. This course lasts approximately 2-3 hours.
Cost: $75 per person
You may purchase an un-iced cake from the bakery at $8.50 per layer or bring your own prebaked 2 layers of cake.
