How to make buttercream (demonstration only)
How to crumb coat a cake using buttercream
How to cover a cake in fondant
How to use edible sugar decorations as trimmings on your cake to make it sparkle.
Participants in this class must be at least 12 years of age.
This course lasts approximately 2-3 hours.
Cost: $75 per person
You may purchase an un-iced cake from the bakery at $8.50 per layer or bring your own prebaked 2 layers of cake
